call about lowering my credit card wants info and i have no credit card

Showed up on my Caller ID as "The CS Center." Asked for my wife. I said she wasn't available and asked to take a message. They said no, we'll call back and hung up before I could say "please don't." An attempt to call the number back resulted in a busy signal.

Calling saying I have a dedt and that I need to because somithning bad may happen to me. They have called family looking for me to.

My son was contacted by this same number and promised gas vouchers. They've already taken money out of his checking account. He's having trouble cancelling these services that were forced on him. He tried calling these people to cancel and no one ever answers. They also called him back several times as well and when he did'nt answer, they somehow obtained his neighbor's phone number and had them go and get him to force him to talk. I'd like to know how they obtained that information. So here is what everyone else should do. CALL YOUR LOCAL ATTORNEYS GENERAL OFFICE NUMBER, AND REPORT IT TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION DIVISION. I had my son do so and they will take action for you. Please pass this on to others as soon as possible. This call was generated by someone in Canada where the do not call list is not honored. The sentence in Canada for telemarketing scams is 2 to 6 months. In the U.S. is 5 years and maybe raised to 10 years. Good luck to all.

This number has called several times and when I answer they hang up.

Called and said I took out cash advance and all my information. They are harassing me. I dont know who these people are.

They keep calling me and do not leave a message.

Caller wanted to lower my credit card rates.... I would not give any credit card numbers but then when asked for phone number I did give that and then thought something was up and hung up...

This is a scam number, received by information by pfishing pay day loan companies. Do not answer the phone, they are just trying to get money from you that you do not owe!!!!
